Pre-ordering is the easiest way to lock in a new Pokémon TCG set before it hits shelves. Here’s exactly how pre-orders work at Card Coyote, so there are no surprises.
How Pre-Orders Work
- You’re charged at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your pre-order, just like any other order. This is what reserves your unit from our allocation.
- We ship when the product releases. Pre-order items ship once we receive our stock for the official release. The expected release date is listed on every pre-order product page.
- If a release is delayed, we’ll let you know. Release dates are set by The Pokémon Company and distributors, and they occasionally move. If that happens, we’ll email you with the updated timing. Your order stays reserved — you don’t need to do anything.
- All pre-orders are final. Because we commit to our allocation based on pre-orders, pre-orders can’t be cancelled once placed.
