We receive limited details such as the card type, last four digits and expiration date, plus fraud-screening signals. – Communications: messages you send us, including photos you provide with a support request. – Email sign-up: your email address if you subscribe to our updates. – Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar information collected through cookies and server logs.
How we use it – To process, source, ship and support your orders, including sending order and shipping emails. – To prevent fraud and secure our store. – To answer your questions and handle returns or refunds. – To send marketing emails, only if you have subscribed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. – To keep tax, accounting and other records we are required to keep. – To understand and improve how our site performs.
