Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on orders of $199 or more. The $199 is the merchandise subtotal after any discounts, before sales tax and shipping. Free shipping covers standard tracked shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) to addresses in the United States.
Orders under $199 pay one standard shipping charge, shown at checkout. It is based on the largest item in your order, plus a small amount for each additional item of that size, so items that ship together are not charged separately:
- Booster packs and raw singles: $7.99 (+$1.00 each additional)
- Booster bundles, Japanese booster boxes and graded slabs: $9.99 (+$2.00 each additional)
- Elite Trainer Boxes: $11.99 (+$3.00 each additional)
- English booster boxes and premium collections: $12.99 (+$3.00 each additional)
- Ultra-Premium Collections: $15.99 (+$5.00 each additional)
Every order ships with tracking. Shipping is shown as its own line at checkout and on your receipt. Where sales tax applies, it is calculated at checkout.
Signature confirmation and insurance
Orders with a total of $250 or more ship with signature confirmation and are insured for their value. Please make sure someone can sign for the package, or arrange a hold at your local post office.
In-stock sealed products
Sealed products shown as in stock are on hand and usually ship within 2–3 business days of payment.
Sourced-to-order singles
Our Raw Singles are sourced to order. That means we do not hold the card in stock when you buy it. After your order is placed, we obtain a Near Mint copy of the exact card you ordered (same name, set, card number, language and printing), have it sent to us, inspect it, and then ship it to you.
- Estimated dispatch time: 7–14 business days after your order is placed. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Near Mint is the only condition we offer for raw singles.
- Every card is inspected by us before it ships. A card that does not pass our Near Mint inspection is not shipped to you.
- If we cannot obtain a suitable Near Mint copy within the estimated time, we will email you with the option to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot obtain the card at all, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Sealed products marked Available to Order
Some sealed products are sourced after you order: we buy the factory-sealed product from a verified supplier, check the seal at Card Coyote, and then ship it to you. Estimated dispatch is 4–10 business days after your order (an estimate, not a guarantee), with a limit of 2 per order. If we cannot obtain the product, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery time after dispatch is typically 2–5 business days within the contiguous United States.
Packaging
Singles ship in a penny sleeve and top loader (or semi-rigid holder), sealed in a team bag, inside a padded mailer. Sealed products ship in a box with protective packing.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the last tracking update) at hello@getcardcoyote.com with your order number and photos of the package and contents. We will work with the carrier and make it right, including a replacement or refund where appropriate. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update an address only before the order ships.
